Methodology
Maturity stages are assessed from primary research with GC procurement teams, organizational structure analysis, hiring patterns, public procurement program announcements, and direct observation through BuildVision platform engagement. Certain assessments incorporate confidential information obtained through direct engagement with the firms covered; all such inputs are handled under strict confidentiality and are reflected only in aggregate or anonymized form. MEP spend is estimated using vertical-specific ratios (12-25% of revenue). Margin capture rates (3-8%) are validated from Stage 3-5 GC procurement programs. Revenue CAGR estimated from ENR historical rankings (2019-2024). This model is updated quarterly. The next update (Q2 2026) will expand coverage to 25+ GCs.
